Terms & Conditions

The client/customer acknowledges that the service and products offered by Mastery to Success Pty, its representatives and associated entities are for personal and professional development purposes.

It is advice only and before relying or acting on the material, users should independently verify its accuracy, currency, completeness and relevance for their purposes.

Before making any financial decision it is recommended that you seek appropriate professional advice. 

As your coaches, we want to help you grow, change, develop, and achieve your life & business goals.

You are responsible for your life, career & business, and you’ll make the choices about what actions to take and what we work on together.

We are excited about guiding you in this journey. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

In order to honour and protect the intellectual property of Mastery to Success Pty and Drs Olivier & Marcia Becherel, the client agrees not to alter, modify, or damage the materials contained in the Clear Path Forward 10 Weeks Online Program. 

The client also agrees NOT to give access or give any original content from the Clear Path Forward 10 Weeks Online Program to other parties.

LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION 

The Client shall indemnify and hold Mastery to Success Pty Ltd, its representatives and associated entities, harmless from any loss or liability arising from actions taken or situations created as a result of undertaking the Clear Path Forward 10 Weeks Online Program. 

DELIVERY OF SERVICE 

The Clear Path Forward 10 Weeks Online Program is accessible through unique individual login access to an online membership site.

MASTERY TO SUCCESS AGREES TO: 

Provide the client with the highest quality transformational information to help the client move forward in life and facilitate the achievement of his/her goals.

THE CLIENT AGREES TO:

Take full responsibility for his/her choices and decisions during the undertaking of Clear Path Forward 10 Weeks Online Program. 

Have funds available in their account for payment processing at least two days before the scheduled charge date.

Ensure any changes (contact info, payment info, etc.) are advised. 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT:

The Clear Path Forward 10 Weeks Online Program is a do-it-yourself (DIY) type of online program.

Private coaching is not included in this online DIY program.

However, personal and professional 1:1 Coaching is made available to the client, if the client chooses to engage in it, for an additional fee specified in the program.

Private Coaching is a professional client relationship you have with your coach that is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals, and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. 

Coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding how to handle those issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement my choices is exclusively my own responsibility. 

You are 100% responsible for all actions and non-actions. 

You are 100% responsible for all results and non-results.
