Terms & Conditions for Mastery to Success Referral Program
By entering Mastery to Success Referral Program, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Mastery to Success Referral Program and the Mastery to Success Terms & conditions.
1. What is the Mastery to Success Referral Program?
Mastery to Success Referral program is an exciting opportunity for you to earn points towards coaching services by referring Mastery to Success to your friends and network.
It is an opportunity for you to continue your personal and professional development journey with Mastery to Success and benefit from our services while at the same time supporting your friend’s growth and making a contribution to their lives.
You accumulate points every time a friend you refer completes an obligation-free Complimentary Discovery Call with Mastery to Success.
2. Who can I refer?
Current clients, past clients, friends and colleagues in good standing who know us personally or have experienced our work can join Mastery to Success Referral Program and earn reward points through referrals.
To participate in Mastery to Success Referral Program, you must first join the program to become a “Referrer” and earn reward points through your referrals.
Joining Mastery to Success Referral Program is easy and it does not cost anything.
Simply go to

3. How do I refer a friend?
You can refer via email, text, messenger, instant message or phone by providing them the following link to book online an obligation-free Complimentary Discovery Call at https://masterytosuccess.com.au/yourfriendsgift
When booking a Complimentary Discovery Call via email or phone, your friend must give the full name of the referrer (your name) when emailing/calling us so we can assign the referral to your name, and you can earn your reward points.
When booking online, your friend must enter the full name of the referrer (your name) in the “Referred by” field on the online form at the time of the booking.
This is the only way we can track your referrals and give you the reward points that you’ve earned.
Mastery to Success is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by clients or referred friends while participating in the program.
4. What is not allowed?
Spamming or bulk email, text, messenger or instant messages are strictly forbidden. You may only send a referral email, text, messenger to people that you know personally.
Any unsolicited sending of a referral email, text or messages in volume (eg. email broadcast, bulk text or messenger promotion, or paid advertising) is strictly prohibited.
Failure to abide by Mastery to Success Referral Program Terms & Conditions will result in the cancellation of your Personal Referrer Account and the void of your Reward Points.
We trust that you will participate in good faith in Mastery to Success Referral Program and not attempt to fraudulently take advantage of this referral program.
5. Who is eligible as a referral?
Everyone is eligible, except:
> A minor (individual less than 18 years of age)
> Any person who has been a client of Mastery to Success
> Someone who has previously been referred to Mastery to Success by another person
> Someone who is already a contact in our database
6. How does the program work?
For every eligible referral you provide who completes an obligation-free Complimentary Discovery Call with Mastery to Success, you will receive 1 Reward Point.
> There is no limit to the number of people you can refer to Mastery to Success and the number of reward points you can accumulate.
> No purchase is required from the referral for the referrer to earn and accumulate Reward Points.
> Completion of a Complimentary Discovery Call by the referral is a requirement for the referrer to earn Rewards Points.
7. What conditions must referrals complete for me to earn the reward?
What counts as a successful referral?
In order for your referrals to count as successful, they will need to do the following:
> Complete the Complimentary Discovery Call with Mastery to Success.
> Enter or mention the full name of the referrer at the time of booking the Complimentary Discovery Call.
> Book a Complimentary Discovery Call with Mastery to Success by using our Online Calendar and the link provided, or call Mastery to Success directly to book a Complimentary Discovery Call.
Referrals are typically processed within 5 business days after the completion of the Complimentary Discovery Call and Reward Points will be automatically added into your Personal Referrer Account.
If a referral engages in paid coaching services with Mastery to Success, Reward Points will also be credited to your account within 5 business days after the payment of the coaching fees have been received.
NOTE: No purchase is required from the referral for you to earn and accumulate Reward Points. You will earn Reward Points every time a friend you refer completes an obligation-free Complimentary Discovery Call with Mastery to Success.
8. What conditions must referrals complete for me to earn the reward?
For every person referred that completes an obligation-free Complimentary Discovery Call with Mastery to Success, the referrer will earn
1 Reward Point.
Should the person you referred decide for themselves to purchase coaching services from Mastery to Success, you will earn Reward Points as outlined below in the table.
Reward Points
> Referral enrols in a paid live workshop: 1 Point
> Referral enrols in the first paid coaching program (Clear Path Forward 10-Week Coaching Program, Emotional Mastery Coaching Program, Executive Coaching): 5 Points
For every 10 Reward Points you accumulate, you can redeem a Coaching Session (A 90-min Coaching Session) with either Dr Marcia Becherel or Dr Olivier Becherel.
9. How do I claim my reward?
Marcia and Olivier automatically track your Reward Points in their CRM system.
You will receive automatic updates of your Rewards points as they accumulate.
Mastery to Success will contact you directly once you accumulate 10 Reward Points to make arrangements to book your coaching session.
